14 days. If you bought a Cinewright Budgeting and Scheduling or Cinewright Continuity licence on getcinewright.com, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason.
How: reply to your Paddle receipt email, or go to paddle.net and look up your order. You can also write to support@getcinewright.com with the email address you bought with. Paddle, our reseller, makes the refund to your original payment method.
What happens to the licence: a refunded licence is cancelled, and the app goes back to free mode at its next start. Your productions and files are never touched, and they still open, read and export.
After 14 days: if something is wrong, write to us anyway. Nothing here limits refund rights you have by law.
Try it first: Budgeting and Scheduling has a free mode with no time limit, so you can try it on a real production before you buy.
App Store purchases (Cinewright Pro and Production Passes on iPhone and iPad) are refunded by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Kickstarter pledges are handled under Kickstarter’s rules, not this policy.
